Restoration of a country house – A farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, in Chaourçois countryside just a stone’s throw from Burgundy.
Restoration in five stages: expertise of existing buildings, registration of demolition and construction permits, restoration of exterior and interior conservatories, creation of living spaces and landscaping of the surrounding hectare.
Constraint: protected area by the Buildings of France and Rural Heritage.
Restored living areas: a main house of 240 m2 on 2 floors, a barn of 200 m2 with mezzanine, a side house of 40 m2 and an open shed.
